Care built around the person
At our 240-bed residential aged care home in Epping, every resident is known as an individual. We work with residents and their families to shape care around their health needs, preferences, culture and goals.
- Every resident has a care plan developed with them, involving the family members, supporters or representatives they choose.
- Registered nurses are on site 24 hours a day, supported by enrolled nurses and qualified care workers.
- We provide permanent, respite, dementia and palliative care, subject to each resident’s assessed care needs.
- We keep residents and the people they choose to involve informed when their health or care needs change, respecting their privacy.
- Residents can access visiting GPs, physiotherapy, dietetics, and pharmacy services as required by their individual care plan.
