Lucy Lu brings over 20 years of combined clinical experience to her role as Level 1 Clinical Services Manager at Oxa Care. She spent 10 years working as an emergency department doctor in China. Since moving to Australia, Lucy has worked for more than a decade in aged care facilities as a Care Manager. This combination of hospital and residential care experience gives her a deep understanding of both immediate clinical needs and the ongoing support required in long-term elderly care.
