We treat our Oxa residents as extensions of our own family, and it is our pleasure to help them settle into this next chapter of their lives.

Our philosophy is to provide the highest standards of care and services, promoting a place of safety, comfort, and belonging. We go the extra mile to deliver value for money, follow a resident-centred approach to ensure that every action we take is with the resident in mind, and undergo regular training so we can offer the best care possible.
Giving back to the community
Community is an integral part of our culture, both inside and outside of Oxa Care. As well as fostering a positive and inclusive environment for our residents and staff, we also collectively give back to our local community by fundraising and volunteering for good causes.
We have an ongoing partnership with Macedonian Radio and the Australian Macedonian newspaper to support our local Macedonian community.
Our wonderful residents create and sell homemade items, such as scarves, greeting cards, and bookmarks, and donate the proceeds to local charities.
Many of our care team staff and residents volunteer their time by helping to run soup kitchens, collecting groceries for disadvantaged locals, and donating items to the local op shop.
We support a number of community sports clubs, including Preston Lions and Lalor United Sloga. We also sponsor our local football club, FC Bulleen Lions.
