Angela brings over a decade of nursing experience to her role as Care and Quality Manager at Oxa Care. Throughout her career, Angela has supported residents, families and care teams through both hands-on clinical work and senior leadership roles. She is deeply committed to strengthening clinical standards and ensuring every resident receives care that reflects their individual needs, values and cultural background.

In her role at Oxa Care, Angela oversees clinical governance, quality systems and continuous improvement. She works closely with care teams to ensure best-practice standards are upheld, while supporting residents and families with clarity, compassion, and professionalism.
